Each puppy is raised in Waxhaw, NC, near Charlotte and delivered to your door in any of the 50 states. The exact go-home date for each puppy is in its information pack. If yours is ready after the 25th, reserve now and bring them home once the holidays are over.

- Can you get a puppy for Christmas?
- Yes, if the puppy is old enough and you have planned for it. Most puppies go home at about 8 weeks. The busiest days of the holidays are hard on a new puppy, so many families bring theirs home a few days before Christmas or just after, when the house is calmer.
- Can I reserve a puppy now and bring it home after Christmas?
- Yes. A $500 deposit holds the puppy, comes off its price and is refundable within 14 days. Many families reserve now, put a photo of the puppy under the tree, and bring the puppy home once the holidays are over.
- Do you deliver puppies over the holidays?
- Yes. Within about 600 miles a member of our team drives the puppy to your door; further away a flight nanny flies with the puppy in the cabin. Holiday flights book up early, so the sooner you reserve, the more delivery dates we can offer. We never ship puppies as cargo.
- Is a puppy a good Christmas present?
- Only for someone who has chosen to have a dog and is ready for the next 12-17 years of it. A puppy should never be a surprise. If it is a family gift, involve everyone in choosing, and plan who will be home in the first weeks.
- How do I avoid Christmas puppy scams?
- Scams rise every December. See the puppy and its mother on a live video call, get a written contract, and confirm payment details by phone. Deposits and balances are paid by bank transfer, Zelle or cheque — never card-only links, Cash App, Venmo, gift cards or crypto.
